FAQ
Rafting in Köprülü Canyon — 12 km on the Köprüçay, from Side
Do I have to be able to swim?
No. Every guest wears a fitted life jacket for the whole run and a certified guide sits in the boat with you, which is why non-swimmers can take part. Tell us when you book if you are uneasy in water and we will pass it to the guide before you get in.
What does €18 actually cover?
Round-trip transfer from your hotel in Side, the national park entrance for the 12 km route, your helmet, life jacket and paddle, the safety briefing and the practice session, a certified guide in your raft, accident and activity insurance, and lunch at the riverside restaurant. Drinks are extra, at lunch and through the day.
What should I wear on the river?
Swimwear under clothes you do not mind soaking, and footwear that fastens to your foot — water shoes, trainers or strapped sandals. Flip-flops are not allowed on the river because they come off in the water. Pack a towel and a full change of dry clothes for the drive home.
Can children do this tour?
Children aged 4 to 11 pay the child fare of €12 and go down the same river, with helmet and life jacket fitted for them at the base. Rafting is not recommended below the age of 4. If you are travelling with a small child, tell us before you book and we will check the day with the operator.
What time will I be back at my hotel?
Somewhere between about 16:30 and 18:30. We will not print one exact time, because the return moves with the size of the group, the operator's schedule that day, the traffic and the river itself. Morning pickup runs roughly between 08:00 and 08:30 and your own time is confirmed personally once you have booked.
Do I pay anything online?
No. Nothing is charged when you book and this site never asks for card details. You pay on the day of the tour, in cash or by card. Cancellation terms for the Side departures are confirmed together with your booking, so you have them in writing before the day.

FAQ
Rafting + Zipline in Köprülü Canyon — 12 km and a 400 m flight
How long is the zipline?
From 400 metres across the canyon. We publish it as a starting figure rather than a single number, because the operator's own records give a range and we would rather understate it than print a length you could measure and find wrong. You are clipped in and checked by the staff at the platform before you go.
Can I skip the zipline and just raft?
Yes, and it costs you nothing to do so. You wait by the river and watch the rest of your group fly. The package price stays at €25 either way, so there is no penalty and nothing to claim back. Plenty of people decide at the platform rather than at the booking stage.
Which comes first, the rafting or the zipline?
That depends on how the base is running your day, and it is decided there rather than here. Both stages happen at the same site in Köprülü Canyon, so nothing is lost either way. You may have a wait between them, which is time to spend at the riverside restaurant or in the shade.
Who should not do the flight?
It is not recommended if you are pregnant, or if you have a severe back problem, a heart condition, or a respiratory condition such as asthma. Those are the same restrictions that apply to the rafting. If you are unsure about a condition, ask us on WhatsApp before you book rather than at the platform.
Can children fly the zipline?
Children aged 4 to 11 pay €15 for the package. Whether a particular child flies is a decision for the operator's staff at the platform on the day, and not something we will promise from a web page. The opt-out applies to children exactly as it does to adults: watching costs nothing extra.
What is not included in the €25?
Drinks, at lunch and through the day. Water shoes, if you do not bring footwear that fastens and can get soaked. Professional photos and video of the run and the flight. Personal spending at the base. Everything else — transfer, guides, equipment, insurance and lunch — is in the price you see.

FAQ
Rafting + Jeep Safari from Side — the jeeps are the transfer
Is the jeep safari a separate excursion?
No — the jeeps are how you reach the canyon and how you get back. Instead of an enclosed minibus you travel in open jeeps up through the Manavgat hinterland and along the river valley. That is why this day costs more than the rafting-only tour at the same base, although the river route is identical.
Do I have to do the cliff jumping?
No. It happens only where the guide judges the spot safe, and standing on the rock watching is a normal choice that costs you nothing and changes nothing about your price. The same goes for the swimming breaks, although most people are already in the water by the time those come around.
What should I wear in an open jeep?
Clothes you do not mind getting both wet and dusty, with swimwear underneath. Sunscreen matters more here than on a closed transfer, and sunglasses are worth having for the road. Bring a towel and dry clothes to change into after the showers at the base before the drive home.
Is the rafting different on this tour?
No. It is the same twelve kilometres of the Köprüçay, the same certified guide in every raft, the same briefing and practice on calm water, the same helmet, life jacket and paddle. What changes is how you arrive and how the hours around the run are spent.
Where do I leave my phone and wallet?
There is secure storage at the base for phones, wallets and dry clothes while you are on the water. Nothing stays dry on the river and nothing stays clean on the jeep road, so plan for that. The operator sells professional photos and video of the run separately at the base.
What time does the day end?
Roughly between 16:30 and 18:30, and we will not narrow that to a single time. A day with two stages runs longer than a rafting-only day, and the return also moves with group size, the operator's schedule, traffic and the river. Your morning pickup is confirmed personally after you book.

FAQ
Rafting + Quad Safari from Side — you drive the quad yourself
Do I need a driving licence for the quad?
No. The quad stage runs on a closed off-road track inside the park and not on public roads, so a car licence has nothing to do with it. What the operator does insist on is the safety briefing, a short practice drive, and following the instructor on the track. Anyone who would rather not drive rides along as a passenger.
I have never driven a quad. Is that a problem?
No, and most people on the track have not either. The stage opens with a briefing on the controls and the rules, then a practice drive before the track itself, with an instructor watching. You ride in a group behind a guide, at the group's pace, so it is not a race and there is nothing to prove.
What should I bring for the quad stage?
Swimwear for the river, under clothes you are happy to ruin, plus a towel, sunscreen and a full change of dry clothes. You will finish wet and muddy, and there are showers and a changing area at the base. A bandana for the dust is sold there and is not included in the price.
Can my child ride a quad?
The child fare of €18 covers ages 4 to 11 for the whole day. Whether a young guest drives or rides along as a passenger is decided at the base by the instructor on the day, and we will not promise it from a web page. Rafting itself is not recommended below the age of 4.
Which happens first, the river or the track?
The base sets that order on the day, according to how it is running. Both stages are at the same place in Köprülü Canyon, so nothing is lost either way. There is usually time between them, spent at the riverside restaurant or in the shade — how much depends on the day and we will not invent a figure.
How long is the quad ride?
Forty minutes on the track. That is riding time, not the whole stage: the briefing, the equipment, the practice drive and the walk to the machines all come before it. Rafting stays the longer half of the day at twelve kilometres of river, with the transfer from Side at either end.

FAQ
Rafting + Buggy Safari from Side — forty minutes off-road
How long is the buggy ride?
Forty minutes on the track. The briefing, the safety equipment and the practice drive come before that and are not counted inside the forty minutes. Rafting is the longer part of the day at twelve kilometres of river, and the drive to and from Side sits on either side of both stages.
Do I need a driving licence for the buggy?
No. The buggy stage runs on a closed off-road track and not on public roads, so a car licence has nothing to do with it. There is a briefing and a practice drive first, with an instructor supervising throughout, and anyone who would rather not drive rides along as a passenger instead.
What does a twelve-year-old pay?
The adult fare of €35. The child fare of €21 covers ages 4 to 11 and stops there — from twelve the operator charges as an adult, and we would rather you read that here than discover it at the base. Below the age of 4, rafting is not recommended at all.
Which hotels do you collect from?
Round-trip transfer is included from hotels across Side and the resorts around it. Give us your hotel and room number when you book, and your pickup time is confirmed personally afterwards — it depends on where you sit on the day's route rather than on a printed timetable.
What should I wear for the buggy?
Something you do not mind covering in dust, over swimwear for the river. Bring a towel, sunscreen and a full change of dry clothes, and wear footwear that fastens to your foot, which the river demands anyway. A bandana for the dust is sold at the base and is not included.
Can two people share one buggy?
Anyone who would rather not drive rides along as a passenger, and that is a normal part of how this stage runs. How the machines are shared out is arranged at the base by the instructors on the day, so say what you want before the briefing rather than at the start line.

FAQ
Rafting + Zipline + Quad from Side — three activities, one canyon
Is one day really enough for three activities?
It is what the base is set up for, and all three stages happen at the same site in the canyon rather than at three different places. What you should expect is a long day with gaps between the stages. The return drive tends to land at the later end of the window, roughly between 16:30 and 18:30.
Can I drop one of the three stages?
The zipline you can skip: wait by the river, watch, and the package still costs €38 with nothing extra to pay and nothing to claim back. On the quad, a guest who would rather not drive rides along as a passenger. The rafting is the spine of the day, and everyone in the boat paddles.
Do I need a licence for the quad stage?
No. The quad runs on a closed off-road track inside the park rather than on public roads, so a car licence does not come into it. There is a briefing, a practice drive and an instructor supervising the group, and anyone who prefers not to drive rides the same track as a passenger.
Who should not book this package?
It is strictly not recommended if you are pregnant, if you have a severe back or mobility problem, or a heart condition, and it is not a day for very small children. Nobody who has been drinking goes on the river. If a condition worries you, ask us before booking rather than at the base.
What does the child fare cover?
Children aged 4 to 11 pay €23 for the same day, and rafting is not recommended below the age of 4. Whether a particular child flies the zipline or drives a quad is decided by the operator's staff at each stage on the day, and it is not something we will promise in advance.
What is not in the €38?
Drinks at lunch and through the day. Water shoes, if you have not brought footwear that fastens and can get soaked. Professional photos and video. A bandana for the dusty quad track. Personal spending at the base. Transfer, guides, all safety equipment, insurance and lunch are included.

FAQ
Rafting + Zipline + Buggy from Side — the buggy three-in-one
How is this different from the quad three-in-one?
The machine on the track, and nothing else. The rafting and the zipline are identical, both packages cost €38 for an adult, and both run at the same base. Choose the buggy if you would rather sit in the bigger machine than straddle a quad, and the quad if you want the more exposed ride.
Do I need a licence for the buggy?
No. The buggy stage happens on a closed off-road track and not on public roads, so a car licence is beside the point. Every driver gets a briefing and a practice drive first, with an instructor supervising, and a guest who would rather not drive rides along as a passenger instead.
How many briefings are there in a day?
One before each stage. You are briefed for the river before you get into a raft, at the zipline platform before you are clipped in, and at the track before the buggies move. All three stages run under international safety and quality standards, and full tour insurance is in the price.
Is the rafting shortened to fit three activities in?
No. It is the full twelve kilometres of the Köprüçay, the same run as the rafting-only tour, with a certified guide in every raft, the safety briefing and the practice session on calm water. A three-stage day lengthens the day, it does not shorten the river route.
Can we do this as a family?
Children aged 4 to 11 pay €23, and rafting is not recommended below the age of 4. What a young guest actually does at the zipline platform and on the buggy track is decided there by the operator's staff. Tell us the ages when you book and we will raise them with the base beforehand.
When will we be back at the hotel?
Roughly between 16:30 and 18:30, and a three-stage day usually finishes at the later end of that. We will not print a single time: the return moves with group size, the operator's schedule, the traffic and the river. Morning pickup is around 08:00 and 08:30, confirmed personally after you book.

FAQ
Rafting from Belek — Köprülü Canyon, open buffet by the river
Why book the Belek departure and not the Side one?
Because the transfer is planned around your hotel. The Belek run collects you in Belek and brings you back there, which keeps your morning and your evening shorter than joining a Side group would. The river, the guides and the 12 km route are identical; the road at either end is not.
Is a wetsuit part of the kit?
Not in the fare. The kit on this departure is a helmet, a life jacket and a paddle, fitted at the base before the briefing. A wetsuit is optional — you can hire one at the base for an extra fee. The Köprüçay comes down out of the Taurus mountains, and the fact that it is hot in Belek does not mean the river feels the same way about it.
What is the lunch like?
An open buffet at the base restaurant on the riverbank, served after the run. Drinks are not included in it, at lunch or at any other point in the day, and that holds for every tour on this site. If you have an allergy or a dietary requirement, tell us when you book so we can pass it on.
How old must a child be?
The child fare of €15 covers ages 7 to 11 on this departure, and 7 is the minimum age for the river. We would rather turn a booking away than put a younger child in a raft the operator has set no age for. Anyone aged 12 or over pays the adult fare.
Can I cancel?
Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before the tour. Nothing is charged when you book in the first place, because no card is taken on this site, so cancelling inside that window costs you nothing at all. Message us on WhatsApp or reply to your confirmation and we will handle it.
What do I need to bring?
Swimwear, a towel, a full change of dry clothes, and footwear that fastens to your foot. Flip-flops are not allowed on the river. There are showers, toilets, a changing area and secure storage for your belongings at the base while you are on the water.

FAQ
Rafting from Antalya — Köprülü Canyon, minimum age 7
My child is five. Can they come?
There is no fare recorded for a five-year-old on this departure, so message us before you book rather than after. Rafting itself starts at 7, children aged 7 to 11 pay €14, and infants from 0 to 3 travel free and stay at the riverside with an adult. For ages 4 to 6 we will ask the operator what is possible on your date and tell you straight, either way.
Is a wetsuit included?
No — it is optional. The fare covers the helmet, life jacket and paddle, fitted at the base before the briefing, and you can hire a wetsuit at the base for an extra fee. Wear swimwear either way. The Köprüçay drains the Taurus mountains, so the water does not take its cue from the weather on the Antalya seafront.
Do I need to be able to swim?
No. No swimming skill is required on this tour. The life jacket keeps you afloat, a licensed guide is in the boat throughout, and there is a briefing and a practice session before the run begins. Say so when you book if water makes you anxious and we will pass it to the guide.
How much of the day is driving?
More than from Side, because Köprülü Canyon sits inland behind Manavgat and Antalya is further west along the coast. We will not print a number of minutes for your hotel. Pickup is roughly between 08:00 and 08:30, and the return lands somewhere between about 16:30 and 18:30.
What is included in the €23?
Round-trip transfer in an air-conditioned vehicle, the guided 12 km run, a licensed guide in every boat, the helmet, life jacket and paddle, the briefing and practice session, obligatory accident and activity insurance, and the open-buffet lunch on the riverbank. Drinks, water shoes, photos and an optional wetsuit, hired at the base, are the extras.
Can I cancel or change the date?
Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the tour, and nothing has been charged in the meantime because this site takes no card details. For a date change, message us on WhatsApp with your booking reference and we will move it if the operator has room on the day you want.

FAQ
Rafting from Alanya — Köprülü Canyon, the long road in
What time does the day start from Alanya?
At roughly the same time as everywhere else. Hotel pickup runs approximately between 08:00 and 08:30 on every departure we sell, this one included, and your exact time is confirmed personally after you book, because it depends on where your hotel sits on the day's route. What is different is the road: Alanya lies further east along the coast from Köprülü Canyon, so treat the day as a full one. The return falls approximately between 16:30 and 18:30, and where in that window depends on the size of the group, the number of activities, the operator's schedule, the traffic and the river.
Is it worth the drive?
That is your call and we will not talk you into it. What we can say plainly is this: the river route, the guides, the equipment and the lunch are the same as on every other departure, the adult fare is €20, and the drive from Alanya is a long one. If a full day out is not what you want, say so before you book.
What is the minimum age?
Seven for the rafting course on this departure. Children aged 7 to 11 pay the child fare of €12, infants from 0 to 3 travel free, and anyone aged 12 or over pays the adult fare. For a child aged 4 to 6 there is no fare recorded on this departure, so message us before you book and we will confirm with the operator what is possible instead of guessing.
What language do the guides speak?
An English-speaking guide travels in the raft with you on this departure. Before you book, we answer in German, English, Russian and Polish on WhatsApp, so a question about a health condition or a group booking does not have to be asked in a second language.
What is included for €20?
Round-trip transfer from your hotel in Alanya, the guided 12 km run on the Köprüçay, a guide in the boat, the full equipment, the briefing and the practice session, local insurance, and lunch at the riverside base. Drinks are extra at lunch and through the day, and so are water shoes and photos.
Can I cancel if the weather looks bad?
Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the tour, and nothing has been charged before then. Separately, the river makes its own decisions: if conditions are not right on your day, the operator changes the plan or the date. That call belongs to them, not to a booking form.
