What a reservation is
Submitting the booking form reserves seats in a raft and on the transfer for a specific departure. It is free: nothing is charged online and no card is taken. You pay the operator in euros on the day of the tour.
You will receive a confirmation from us with your pickup time; your reservation is firm once you have it.
Prices and what is included
All prices on this site are per person in euros. The price includes: round-trip hotel transfer, the guided rafting run on the Köprüçay, a certified guide in every raft, a safety briefing and practice before the run, helmet, life jacket and paddle, a riverside lunch, and accident and activity insurance.
Not included: all drinks (at lunch and throughout the day), water shoes (available to rent or buy at the base), professional photos and video, personal spending and, on combo tours with a quad or buggy stage, a bandana for the dusty track. These extras are paid on site.
Child age bands are set by the operator for each tour and shown on that tour's page. Please give each child's age on the day of the tour when you book.
Pickup and return
Hotel pickup is included in the areas named on the tour page and usually takes place between about 08:00 and 08:30. Your exact pickup time depends on your hotel, the region and the day's route, and is confirmed personally after booking — we do not publish a fixed time we cannot keep for every hotel.
Please be at your hotel's main entrance at the confirmed time. If nobody is there and we cannot reach you, the vehicle may continue without you.
Return to the hotel falls between about 16:30 and 18:30, depending on group size, the number of activities, the operator's schedule, traffic and river conditions. We cannot promise a single return time, so please do not plan anything for the evening that depends on one.
Who can take part
No rafting experience is needed and you do not have to be able to swim: the life jacket and the guide's supervision make it possible for non-swimmers to join. Age limits are shown on every tour page: on the tours from Side the child price applies from 4 to 11 and rafting is not recommended under 4; on the departures from Belek, Antalya and Alanya the minimum age for the rafting is 7.
The tour is not suitable during pregnancy, with a serious heart condition, asthma or a similar respiratory condition, a severe back or mobility condition, or after recent surgery. Please tell us about any health condition before the tour. Nobody under the influence of alcohol is taken on the river.
Safety on the river
Rafting is a white-water activity and it is not free of risk. There is a certified guide in every raft, a safety briefing and practice come before the run, and the helmet and life jacket provided must be worn the whole time you are on the water.
You must follow the guide's instructions at all times. For safety reasons — alcohol, a health concern, or behaviour that puts other guests at risk — the guide can decide not to take someone on the river. That decision is final.
Footwear and equipment
Wear shoes that fasten to your foot and can get wet: water shoes, strapped sandals or trainers. Flip-flops are not allowed on the river. Water shoes can be rented or bought at the base, where a changing area, showers and toilets are also available.
Combo tours: zipline, quad, buggy and jeep
These stages exist only on the tours whose page lists them. The quad and buggy stages run on a closed off-road track, not on public roads: there is a briefing and a practice drive before the track, an instructor supervises the ride, and helmets are provided and compulsory. Anyone who would rather not drive rides along as a passenger.
On a zipline combo, a guest who prefers not to zipline waits by the river at no extra cost; the package price is unchanged.
Weather and river conditions
The shape of the day follows the water level, the weather and the operator's programme. If the river is not safe to run, the operator may change or cancel a departure. We then offer you a new date — or you simply owe nothing, because nothing was paid.
Insurance and belongings
Accident and activity insurance is included in the price. There is secure storage for your belongings at the base — please use it. The operator is not responsible for items you choose to take on the water.
