What we collect
When you reserve seats we collect your name, phone number, your email address if you give it, hotel name and room number, the date you chose, the number of adults and children, and anything you type into the message box.
When you send an enquiry through the contact form we collect your name and phone number and, if you give them, your email address, preferred date and party size.
If you leave a review we store the name you give, your star rating and your text. A review appears on the tour page only after a person has checked and approved it.
Why we need it
To confirm your reservation, tell you your pickup time, run the transfer and the rafting tour, and make sure the driver finds you at the right hotel on the right morning. We also use it to send you the booking confirmation and a reminder before the tour. That is the whole purpose.
What we never collect
No card or bank details, ever. Nothing is paid through this site and no card is asked for: you pay the operator on the day of the tour, so no payment data passes through here.
Who sees it
Your booking is stored in the operator's booking system and shared with the driver and the guide team running your departure — nobody else. We do not sell your data and we do not pass it to advertisers.
We use WhatsApp for contact. When you message us there, WhatsApp's own privacy terms also apply to the transmission.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising cookies and loads no third-party tracker, so there is no consent banner to click away. We count visits with our own cookie-free statistics: the page opened, the approximate origin of the visit, the device type and the language — not who you are.
Your rights
Message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Booking records are kept only as long as they are needed to run the tour and for the season's accounts.
