Which policy applies to your departure
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure applies to the departures whose tour page states it — at the time of writing, the rafting tours from Belek, Antalya and Alanya. For all other departures, the cancellation terms are confirmed on your booking confirmation. What your tour page and your confirmation say is always what counts.
How to cancel
Message us on WhatsApp with your name and tour date, or your reservation reference. There is nothing to refund, because nothing was charged online.
Short-notice cancellations
If the 24-hour window applies to your departure and you are inside it, tell us anyway: raft seats, guides and transfer seats are planned per person. For the other departures, what your confirmation says applies. In both cases nothing was paid in advance and you will not receive an invoice from us.
If we cancel
If the river is not safe because of the water level or the weather, the operator may change or cancel the departure. We offer you another date; if none suits you, you owe nothing — nothing was paid.
No-shows
If nobody is at the hotel's main entrance at the confirmed time and we cannot reach you, the vehicle continues its route. Please tell us about a change of plans as early as you can.
