Pickup: approximately 08:00 to 08:30, confirmed personally
The transfer collects guests through the morning, generally approximately between 08:00 and 08:30. A fixed time for your hotel is deliberately not printed on this site: it depends on where your hotel sits on the route, which other hotels are being collected that day, and in what order. A hotel at the start of the round is collected earlier than one at the end.
So this is how it works: you book rafting from Side with your hotel name and room number, we confirm the booking, and you receive your pickup time personally by WhatsApp or email. That time is the one that counts — not the window on the website.
How the morning runs
Be in the hotel lobby ten minutes before the confirmed time — not in your room, not at the breakfast buffet. The driver is collecting several hotels that morning, and a guest who has to be looked for delays everyone after them. Keep your phone switched on and to hand; if anything changes, that is how we reach you.
What to have with you is in the guide what to bring rafting. In short: swimwear under your clothes, shoes that can get wet, a towel, a change of clothes and the money for the day. Payment is not online but on the day.
Which resorts the Side transfer covers
Side is our main hub, and pickup covers Side itself and the surrounding resorts: Kumköy, Evrenseki, Çolaklı, Gündoğdu, Titreyengöl and Sorgun. If you are staying in any of them, you simply book the tour from Side at €18 per person — the transfer is in the price, with no surcharge for the district.
If you are staying further away, book the departure for where you actually are: rafting from Belek, rafting from Antalya or rafting from Alanya. Each transfer is built around that resort, and each departure has its own fare.
The return: between 16:30 and 18:30
After the rafting, lunch and — on combo tours — the other activities, the same transfer takes you back to your hotel. Arrival is approximately between 16:30 and 18:30, and that spread is not vagueness but the truth about five variables: the size of the group, the number of activities in your package, the operator's schedule that day, traffic and the river itself.
That is why we give you no single return time, here or on WhatsApp. What we can say: you are dropped at the same hotel you were collected from, and nobody has to find a taxi from the canyon.
If something goes wrong
Overslept, gave the wrong hotel, stuck in traffic on the way back from the beach: message us on WhatsApp immediately. We check with the driver what is still possible that morning and tell you honestly if it is not. A message five minutes after the time is better than one an hour later.
If your hotel changes after booking, give us the new name before the tour day. The pickup time is tied to the hotel, not to the guest's name — a different hotel can mean a different time.
What the transfer includes — and what it does not
Included: the drive from your hotel to the rafting base in Köprülü Canyon National Park and back, in an air-conditioned vehicle, for every guest on the booking. Not included: drinks on the way and at the base. A bottle of your own for the drive is therefore a good idea.
